Button Band Buttonhole Calculator

For a doubled sideways-knit vertical button band: you pick up stitches along the cardigan edge and knit rows for the band width. Buttonholes are spaced across the cardigan-edge rows and worked on one row at the midpoint of the band width. A turning row and a repeated band section (with corresponding buttonholes) finish the band.
