Cast on 'By the Book'

We'll start with a very basic (and easy) cast on. This method is great for swatching and playing, but it isn't exactly pretty. Don't worry, at this point all we want to do is get stitches on the machine. Practical and pretty cast on methods will be covered in a later section.
