Use a Charting Device
Using a Charting Device is probably the easiest way to adjust your sleeve length ... just draw the sleeve to the correct size at scale.
TIP: Once you establish your sleeve cap, draw multiple sleeve lengths and styles on the same mylar. Mark each style with a different color to make it easier to follow as you knit.
